You do have to get Rick Jones to 3R to do the fight – he’d be your 1st cosmic tank.

Three of my team members are about level 43-44 – Thor is low at 36 off-setting Steve – so the event is doable at Academy Level 44. And 3 members are cosmic with 2 members that are science.
The thing is the rarity issue – so if you can field a team with gold rarity, you could do it.

My team after some adjustment is: Cap at lvl 49, 5R and skill upgrades; Teen Groot at lvl 43, 3R, and skill upgrades; Thor at level 36, 3R; Star-lord, level 44, 4R; and Spider-man at level 44, 4R.

I’ve used Rick Jones as well but he’s only level 30.

I’ve lost one fight so far and have 2-starred the map.

Good luck! I’ve been getting mostly 1 feather per fight, though I got one 3 feather fight. Apparently it’s possible to get no feathers. And each battle takes 7 energy things. So it’s really a grind.

Although I would really like to get BW’s costume.

My plan is very similar.

I’m not shelling out any money, so BW’s costume is out of reach considering the roadblocks on the heroic map. Apparently you need to get all the characters to gold before you get the best node to farm the mats. :/

Yeah. I learned that fun little tidbit after replying.

Sigh of disappointment.

I’ve got the easiest characters to gold. Dagger will be silver hopefully.

I’m trying to get Dagger to gold but so far 1/3 capsules have given me 1 dagger shard. The other 2 gave me 2 mystic cores.

Loki’s second ult is pretty neat. Hits ALL enemies for 50% damage with 10% chance to confuse. Although the confusion doesn’t seem to do anything…

It’s so hard when all you get is one character shard per orb. It’s not fun grinding for the orbs – with Dagger at least you’ve got a better chance for the character shards than the Cloak orbs. Fingers crossed for you!

Thanks about Loki! My priority is getting Wiccan to gold – he’s at 42/50 for me. Loki is at 3 of 200 for vibranium. Loki’s shards are 5 energy per try and a guaranteed fight win. Wiccan is 10 per try and not a guaranteed fight win. But I would like another mystic fighter.

I had the same thing happen too, where I got a higher tier leaderboard award than I was expecting. But yeah, congrats, wow!

I’m glad that TinyCo upped the leaderboard rewards for everyone who participated. I’m thrilled to get Cloak but now I find that I’m trying to get Blade to 3R. 🙂

I worry a bit because I shouldn’t be doing all that well in leaderboard fights. I kind of bludgeon my way through fights without thinking it through and I probably shouldn’t be rewarded for poor game play.
