Work Description:
My November and December tend to be taken up by doing my winter card mailings. I’ll do my best to start during this time period, but it takes a lot of my time and energy, and I can’t promise that I’ll make any significant amount of progress before the first of the year.
I will be happy to write for any of my existing verses. (Foodieverse ideas have to be vetted with Copperbadge, since that was his creation, he just lets me play there.) I reserve the right to ask for an alternate prompt or idea if I am uncomfortable with something, or if I feel I cannot do it justice. If you’re worried that I won’t accept the prompt you want written, please email me and let me know what you’ve got in mind, and I should be able to work it out with you.
I’ve listed only the ships that I’m known for. If I’ve ever written a side pairing, and you’d like to see more of that pairing (Carol/Jess, Bruce/Betty, Sif/Maria) and you’d like a fic from one of those pairings, again, send me an email with what you’re thinking of and I’ll let you know if I can do it before you place a bid. 8)
I do not promise a specific number of words, but I’m pretty much incapable of writing anything short. ‘Sixpence In His Shoe’ was the last piece I did for one of these auctions, and that one clocks in at 103K. Cause I can’t shut up.

Holidays are around the corner, which means it’s time to start thinking about presents. Fanworks make fantastic gifts either for yourself (as the saying goes, “Treat yo self!”) or for a friend. Maybe you’ve seen your friend mention that they’re longing for a good beta reader or that they’d love to get a certain fic podficced! Maybe you already know that they’d appreciate receiving a gift of their fic translated into their native language… There’s a gift for everyone in this auction, we assure you. Just remember: if you’re setting out to bid on a gift for someone, keep in mind both the creator’s and giftee’s wants and DNWs.
Different ways to commission gifts after winning:
Secretly commission the creator on your friend’s behalf and surprise your friend with the work once it’s done.
Tell your friend what you did and have them commission the creator directly. If you opt for this method, please get in touch with us after you win the auction by emailing marveltrumpshate@gmail.com with your friend’s email and other contact details so that we make sure they can get in touch with their creator.
You can look through our tag list and creator list to see if anything catches your eye for a present for yourself or a friend. We’re also in the process of making up some lists for specific pairings across various Marvel fandoms and sending them out to different comms and Discord servers: if you’re interested in getting one for a Tumblr/LJ/DW comm you mod or a Discord server you’re in, get in touch!
