To me, success is maintaining a certain level of existence. We always have so much noise in our brain- we will think about the past, worry about the future- always living in tension. This is unhealthy. I think the smartest way is to try and maintain your existence, discard the worries, live in the moment. Only by living in the moment can you obtain happiness.
