YES. For both things. I wish it was a lot easier to figure out who to spend the effort on for evasion. I’ve been helped a lot by @snowzapped with the evasion character.

I have so many of those characters, too… I think how I’ll tackle it is by going in order of combat. So Shuri will be next on the list since she’s rank 4 and the first on the combat screen that I can see who isn’t rank 5.

I kind of do that too with leveling up character.

I thiiink TinyCo had a half-hearted attempt to promo some evasion debuff characters, except the evasion debuff skills were like rarity 5 skills, and like lol you can’t get a normal map character up to rarity 5 AND do the event at the same time unless you’re sharding for stamina like crazy 8)

Yeah. I actually spent the time getting Clint and Coulson’s rarity up but that was three days out of the event for me. It’s worth it now because of the leaderboard. But I hate making choices like that.
