In light of the tragic shooting at the Tree of Life congregation in Pittsburgh on Saturday, we at Marvel Trumps Hate would like to share the verified fundraiser that has been made to help the synagogue with physical repairs and to assist the survivors as well as the families of the deceased. As a GoFundMe Certified Charity campaign, all funds will be processed by the PayPal Giving Fund and will be sent directly to the synagogue instead of through the campaign organizer. 

Although donations will not be counted towards winning bid amounts, they are highly encouraged. Please consider donating to the fundraiser or to one of the organizations on our list that work against hate crimes and groups (donations to the following organizations or any of the others on our list count towards winning bid amounts):

• Life
  After Hate – Founded by former violent extremists to counter radicalization and hate
  crimes and help people leave extremist hate groups, particularly white
  supremacy groups. In June 2017, the Trump administration rescinded the
  $400,000 federal grant LAH was to receive from the DHS
• Southern Poverty Law Center – Monitors and fights hate groups through litigation and education

We are sickened by this horrific and violent anti-Semitic attack and
heartbroken for those who were murdered, the loved ones they left
behind, and the survivors.
