Does anyone want to help me moderate? I’m just one S. and I’m running out of time (and patience).

You would help me:
– Post new requests/responses
– Search out fics
– Let me freak out sometimes
– Reach out to users for clarification on asks
– Help me make judgement calls on requests
– Correct my typos, but, like… lovingly
– Other stuff I can’t think of right now

Requirements:
– 18 or older
– A better working knowledge of the stupid that is tumblr layouts than I do
– A love of Steve/Tony fics
– A seriously good sense of humor and a lot of patience
– At least some experience with moderating a community (or other cat herding experience)
– Ability to take direction
– 30 to 60 minutes a day to devote here
