I feel like Ults Steve is definitely bulkier than MCU Steve but idk where 616 Steve or AA Steve fall on that spectrum.

My take:

EMH > Ults > 616 > MCU > AA

With EMH being the broadest and AA being the slimmest. 616 is the well proportioned one.

It took me way too long to draw this but this my thinking on the matter
